Na Hrázi

The design of the three houses strives to create a classic and modest development that stands out for its simplicity. The architectural solution focuses on modest cladding and a regular facade, which underlines the inconspicuousness and respect for the character of the place. The concept is based on three connected corners of the houses, whose two outer rounded corners naturally lead towards the newly designed squares of Bohumil Hrabal and Vladimír Boudník. The central sharp corner imaginary divides the two connected squares. Three houses are designed - a kindergarten, an apartment building and a hotel. The corners clearly define the space of the new squares and give it a unique form.
