Two worlds

The area in question is located in the heart of the heritage zone of Blatná, near the historic center and castle park. Despite its valuable location, it lacks a unified concept. The proposal addresses the absence of a sports hall, space for cultural events, and the area's poor accessibility. The project's core is a city sports hall surrounded by two diverse public spaces connected to the historic center. The plan also includes an extension to the city hall, a new senior home, a bowling alley, and facilities for sports, refreshments, seating, and reorganized outdoor sports fields. The area is bordered by a linear park along the river, featuring playgrounds, a skatepark, riverside seating, and iconic rose beds.
