The residential building is located in close proximity to the Botič, on the edge of Vršovice, offering the benefits of privacy and tranquility, making it easy to almost forget that we are in Prague.
The architectural concept reflects its surroundings, serving as a place to slow down, a return from work to a soft cushion, a quiet nest. The arrangement of apartments with varying characteristics creates moments in the shared spaces that encourage slowing down, discovering the source of a sound, and awakening curiosity.
The boundary between curiosity and privacy is defined by translucent polycarbonate panels, which balance light and opacity.
On the ground floor, there are apartments designed for low-traffic businesses, bringing a refreshing dynamic to the building.
