HOUSING FOR FORESTERS NEAR BROUMY

The studio work deals with the design of an apartment building for foresters located near village Broumy in Křivoklát region. The building is designed in a traditional village style. It is characterized by a gable roof and wooden cladding that emphasize entrances and loggias. The apartment building has three floors and a basement. The basement contains cellar cubicles, a community room and a multifunctional screening room. A shared sauna is designed on the second floor. In total, the house offers 12 residential units of various layouts from 3 to 1-bedroom. The house has two separate entrances, one of which allows residents to clean up after returning from the outside, which will be especially appreciated by foresters. The design emphasizes neighborly coexistence.
