HOUSING PRAGOVKA

A house in the city, a house in a block of flats, a house on a corner. The design of the apartment building reflects the initiated urban development of the Pragovka area and uses its attractive location on a corner, with a view of Hall 19, the square and a connecting pedestrian route. I drew inspiration from the industrial past of Pragovka. I took the green color of the window frames from the halls, which refers to its characteristic appearance and became the dominant element of the facade. The house communicates with the square via the parterre, where commercial spaces are designed. These functions enrich the social life of the location. The result of the work is a comprehensively designed apartment building that responds sensitively to the surrounding environment.
