Annotation

The plot, bordered by a busy traffic artery on one side and a quiet cemetery on the other, lies at the intersection of Žižkov’s block development and anonymous high-rises. A place without a clear identity, through which everyone just passes by quickly. How can we fill it with life again? In my concept, I turn to the spirit of old Žižkov – to its urban streets, but also to its quiet corners. I want to create a place that offers space for everyday joys. A place where one can live, work, or simply enjoy a quiet moment with a cup of coffee on a bench under a tree. I propose a city where nature is an integral part of daily life. A place where everyone has a view of the treetops and enjoys their own privacy.
