RailLiving Smíchov

The RailLiving Smíchov design connects the existing infrastructure with a vision of a dynamic urban space. The two-story platform serves as an urban entity responding to its surroundings while functioning as a social hub with shops and a marketplace. Rising above the platform are twelve residential towers of varying heights, designed on a modular basis to allow for flexible layouts. The towers harmoniously graduate and create a new living space above the platform. Prominent exterior staircases and efficient vertical circulation seamlessly link all project functions. This design introduces modern housing, a vibrant public environment, and new potential for the development of Smíchov.
