Footbridges and Pots

Space. How much space do we have? Where is it? Where can it be? I found it above the Strahov Tunnel on the edge of Mrázovka Park. The goal of my project is to create good and kind environment and the park will become a safer place. I'm trying to transform a space that is strongly defined by a noisy highway into a quiet world where cars have no place in the everyday life. The northern double façade of the house with pots faces the Prague highway and connects to the tunnel entrance, while the southern terraces open into the park. The slope of Mrázovka and the northern view of Prague are connected by a segment of the old Smíchov footbridge. I then schematically address the unbuilt block of the gymnasium and the connecticonnection between Mrázovka Park and the opposite Sacré Coeur Park.
