APARTMENT BUILDING HAŠTALSKÁ

The apartment building project complements the gap in Haštalská street and deals with a large number of challenges. It is surrounded on one side by the distinctive pro-republican Dlouhá Palace, on the other by a significantly lower one by the palace U Zelené stromu. The absence of right angles, the former house standing on the plot and the preservation of the passage are significant aspects affecting the overall concept and appearance. There is a cafe on the ground floor of the building which continues to the basement and at the same time the entrance staircase with lift. In the remaining floors there are apartment units of various sizes and layouts, and on the top floor there is a loft with a large terrace.
