Annotation
(Un)forgotten Pragovka. A project in an unforgettable place where it is hard to imagine new houses without roots. That is why a new residential building was created, but it carries strong legacies. A house with memory. A house that reminds its inhabitants of the history of the place.
The house is located on the corner of a block of flats directly opposite the industrial hall 20. There are several retail units on the ground floor, including an elevated space for a café. This offers visitors new views of Hall 20 and visually interacts with the elevated space of the street.
The building offers all apartment sizes from 1 bedroom to 4 bedroom on the 6th floor. With loggias around the perimeter of the house, each apartment has plenty of its own outdoor space and privacy.
