Harlekýn apartment building

The house is part of a block that consists of a total of five apartment buildings and is located at the intersection of Roháčova and Ostromečská streets in Žižkov. The ground floor of the house has two areas of commercial space that can be used as desired, one with an entrance from the common courtyard and the other directly from the street or from the courtyard. The entrance to the house itself is possible both from the street and from inner block. There are a total of twenty-seven apartment units in the apartment building as such. The floor plan is the same from the 2nd floor to the 6th floor, which has five apartments units, which, except for one apartment unit, are equipped with extensive balconies facing the inner block and the street, which evoke pavilions.
