Zakupy - renovation of the monastery complex

The Capuchin Monastery with its church is located in the small town of Zákupy, near Česká Lípa. The project focuses on the restoration of the entire complex and the adjacent garden. The reconstruction aims to return the buildings to their original appearance. The extensive garden is functionally divided by pathways and an access road. It features herb beds, an orchard, a recreational park with a water feature, and a gazebo with a stage. The new purpose of the complex brings daily activity and life to the monastery. It will host an elementary art school. The historical spaces of the church will be restored to their original form, creating a concert hall that will serve not only the school but also the surrounding Zákupy community.
