THE HOLEŠOVICE FOUR

Holešovice, a vibrant district with its characteristic block development and lively street-level activity, stands out with its unique urban charm. However, the area surrounding the football field deviates significantly from this typical pattern. It lacks both an active ground-level interface and a connection to the surrounding development, rendering it an isolated fragment within Holešovice. My goal was to preserve the sporting function of this space, which I see as a key element, while also restoring its urban character. The design draws inspiration from the traditional block development of Holešovice and simultaneously addresses the needs of contemporary urban life. The building consists of four towers positioned at the corners of the football field, connected by lower sections.
