Olšanská. The Future Urban Boulevard. I propose two U-shaped buildings here. These structures are not standalone entities but rather an extension of the block development that defines Žižkov. My aim is for these buildings to "layer" onto Žižkov, adding value without disrupting its character. On the northern side, they form a formal and monumental street line, reflecting the scale of the wide Olšanská street. On the southern side, the courtyards provide a sense of calm and informality, complementing the public space with an intimate and welcoming atmosphere. Here, the buildings "open up" towards the courtyard, featuring balconies and sunny terraces. Between the buildings, a small square emerges, lined with cafes and restaurants.
