Smichov City multifunctional building
Annotation
Smíchov is a traditional Prague district with a rich history. Thanks to the Smíchov City project, which will sensitively fill the areas vacated by the railway, an interesting future awaits the previously unused area.
The block is part of the northern part of the proposed development and has a front facade towards the bus station. Functionally, the building is precisely divided into two main functions – housing and administration. The ground floor will be used for civic amenities, shops, services and restaurants. Two towers will serve a residential function – one for a hotel and the other for apartments.
