Podolí apartment building

We propose affordable urban rental housing. Our proposal tries to supplement the corner plot, so that there is not too much conflict between the original and the new. The second floor serves as a community space for apartment tenants, while the living parterre, on the other hand, is for the public. We are also trying to implement a new building material - clay with a prefabricated construction system. The regular grid and color of the clay facade is connected to the surrounding buildings and thus adheres to the main idea of ​​the design.
