HEMENEX

The new urban planning proposal for the site next to the old Veleslavín Castle focuses on children. The development includes a hospice and three residential buildings providing homes for foster families, followed by additional apartment buildings and row houses that seamlessly connect to the existing development. My goal was to design a residential building that is playful and whose appearance evokes a children's construction toy.
