Holešovice twin towers

The project revitalizes the eastern part of Holešovice near the Libeň Bridge, aiming to transform neglected areas into a modern and functional urban environment. The main focus of the project is two functionally and structurally identical towers, serving as the eastern gateway to Holešovice. The towers are designed with the smallest possible footprint and rise up to a height of 150 meters. They are slender, thin, and their mass contrasts with the already existing high-rise buildings. Beyond the bridgehead, the project also addresses the problematic area north to the Libeň Bridge, extending to the Holešovice port area, with a mass design for a new urban block and a multifunctional space.
