Dizygotic sextuplets

Six towers. They are being built on what is essentially a greenfield site, the green roof of the Nový Smíchov shopping center. The structural system incorporates load-bearing cores housing elevators and staircases. The mass of each tower consists of two interlocking prisms. This design allows the towers to interact, diverge, and converge at different points. Every tenth floor is cantilevered with a truss girder, and part of these spaces will serve as generous terraces for the community of Sextuplets. Each tower features 30 residential floors, 276 apartments, and accommodates 825 residents. Altogether, Sextuplets provides space for 5,000 people, with each apartment offering access to private outdoor terraces.
