The residential building of Račice

The residential building for forestry and agricultural workers is located in the peaceful natural setting of the Křivoklátsko region, on the southern slope of the village of Račice nad Berounkou, near the main access road and in close proximity to the railway stop. The structure consists of three interconnected two-story buildings. Due to the sloping terrain, they are arranged in a cascading manner with a height difference of 1.75 meters. The construction features a wall system with a central staircase layout. The walls are built from ceramic blocks with an exterior plaster finish. The roof structure is made of truss girders covered with sheet metal roofing. Each building contains four 4-bedroom apartments (4+KK) with a hallway layout and a balcony.
