Family House Construction Project in Istanbul Buyukcekmece

This house is located in the villa district of Istanbul known as Buyukcekmece. It's a 2-storey family house made for 3-4 people. The total floor area is 155m2, giving a spacious and open space for it's occupants. The upper floor has the bedrooms and the ground floor consists of an entrance with a living room, a connecting balcony which both allows a passage to the surrounding garden through the wooden deck system with a back door and a sliding window system. The kitchen serves as an extension and doesn't have any coverage from the floor above. There is a steel staircase right across the entrance with grand windows to have appropriate sunlight within the house throughout the day, but also create a modern touch to the house.
