GAP HOUSE HRO

The house is located in a gap between two houses in Prague's Výtoň - in a location that offers a quiet place surrounded by a river and greenery with the dynamics of big city life. The main intention of the design is to connect the urban structure and fill the gap in the development. The architectural solution divides the house into three parts: two living units per floor and a central "joint," which serves as the communication core of the building. The apartments are designed as student dormitories. Thanks to its location near public transport stops and civic amenities, the building offers comfortable and affordable housing, ideal for students.
