HARTIGOVA BUSINESS CENTRE

Project of a new shopping centre in the heart of Žižkov and a couple minutes walk from the geographical centre of the city predetermines the creation and representation of offices of small companies and studios, that will bring a new bustle to the area. The combination of light exterior envelope and concrete load-bearing walls with a beige tile finish that enlivens the facade and adds ornament and frequent colour to the tenements, which abound in the immediate vicinity. The large stained glass windows of the load-bearing walls and the light glass structures enliven the street view and add to the space of the busy street even more dynamic. To the building is an underground car park with a capacity of 438 spaces, which the shopping centre shares with the Žižkov Hotel.
