The main goal of this project is to design Tokio inspired vibrant urban plan for newly emerging district near the train station in the center of Prague. The site offers excellent connectivity to Surrounding smaller cities. Therefore it is the best position for work places and also acommodation for foreigners traveling to Prague. The development is created according to the needs of comfortable living but is also created for wide group of people. The inspiration in Tokio is visible in the emphasis on reduction the traffic volume. Incorporation of small businesses in the area helps to support local mobility. The project envisions a dynamic and inclusive neighbourhood providing blend of living and working spaces.
