Regulatory plan - Liberecká

The key task of the regulatory plan is the solution of the logical composition of land plots intended for the construction of multifunctional, mixed residential and apartment buildings, commercial buildings, family houses and public amenities, as well as the design of public spaces serving individual building plots and the design of public greenery. The area under consideration is located within the cadastral area of Libeň [730891]. It extends along the existing Liberecká Street in its lower part up to the off-grade intersection Vychovatelna. The eastern part assumes the implementation of a follow-up regulatory plan according to the urban study 'North Gate of Prague', which is the basis for this documentation.
