TWO AND A HALF TOWERS

A complex of three residential buildings in Prague’s Holešovice district on Dělnická Street consists of two sixteen-story towers and a seven-story building. The project sensitively complements the surrounding urban fabric, opens views of the historic kindergarten, and makes the inner courtyard accessible to the public. It offers 72 apartments of various typologies, all with spacious terraces. Between the towers, rooftop spaces with playgrounds, a café, and a relaxation zone are created. The concrete façade with a subtle brick tint naturally blends into the surroundings. The complex features underground parking and a wide range of amenities.
