HUMNA, VELEŠÍN

The subject of the project is residential development on the site of the agricultural brownfield in Velešín. The existing buildings are to be replaced by residential buildings to complement the urban structure. The proposal focuses on the western part of the area, with an emphasis on urban planning and apartment buildings. Eight apartment buildings with identical layouts were designed for the site, differing only in the number of floors. The proposed apartment buildings respect the grid of surrounding houses. The apartment buildings are intended primarily as social housing and the apartments are designed for individuals and small families with children. This is reflected in the internal arrangement of the buildings and the dimensions of the apartments.
