Annotation
Cooperative housing has a tradition in many countries where it has proven itself as a sustainable and affordable model. In this project, we chose the concept of cooperative housing as a solution to the lack of housing. Another theme of the project is modularity, variability and layering, where the structure of the house is designed from CLT panels, around which we are proposing a layer of conservatories towards the street, a pavlač in the courtyard. The layout allows for variability and a change in the size of individual apartments, according to the needs of the cooperative. As an added function, we propose a children's group and joint workshops on the ground floor, and a community greenhouse on the roof.
