In the heart of Prague's Holešovice, a district with a rich industrial history, I propose an extension that combines the industrial past with modern, aesthetically attractive housing for the present. The project focuses on the extension of an existing industrial hall, now used for commercial purposes, and brings 20 new duplex apartments, thus responding to the urgent need for new residential space in Prague. Access to the apartments is provided by a new added tower, which is connected to the individual floors by bridges. This tower serves not only as a vertical communication, but also as an observation tower. At its top there is a platform from where residents and visitors can enjoy a panoramic view of Holešovice and the iconic landmarks of Prague.
