Bridge

The urban concept of the Bridge is based on connecting two key points above a complex intersection, which has created a gap in the urban space. Above the intricate network of paths, a new pedestrian-only route is formed. The path is surrounded by a pair of multifunctional buildings to optimize the use of space—administrative functions with active ground-floor areas. This creates a street connecting to the existing Na Petynce and Parléřova streets. Along the street, there are commercial spaces, restaurants, and cafés with unique views. The office spaces are designed as open-plan areas. The clean lines of the design are inspired by the roads and tunnels running through Malovanka.
