White Lily Residence

Adam Mihalik

Annotation

Purity, dignity or beauty. All this symbolizes the flower that grew up in the urban gap in the historical center of Usti nad Labem, where the empty space was used as a parking lot. Its white façade complements the street line, while respecting the adjacent dominants - the National Bank of the Czech Republic and two churches. The residence offers two commercial premises for rent on the ground floor and above-standard housing for 50 people. The design is part of the three newly designed apartment houses, which offer a common solution of the underground garage, where the platform parking systems for 54 vehicles are installed.
