HOLEŠOVICE +

The Holešovice + project aims to transform a selected location in the Holešovice district into an attractive and pleasant place full of greenery, social diversity, good relations and new opportunities. This is achieved in several ways. - Sensitive densification of the buildings I create closed blocks, linear and point buildings. One of them is the landmark tower, which helps to better orientate and clarify the area. In two of the more detailed blocks, 275 1-4 bedroom apartments will be created, with 28 plots to be developed in the rest. There are also 2 new squares at the two landmarks. - A greater percentage of green space Changing the street profile gets trees established in the grass belt in the form of avenues or tree lines. I am also extending the existing park.
