Steel wherever you look

In the immediate vicinity of the Prague 7 town hall there is an unused space and old devastated industrial buildings. I am proposing a residential high-rise building and low-rise studios on this site. Both are located around the perimeter of the newly created square. The ground floor includes spaces intended for commerce, a café or sheltered workshops, where workshops and cultural events could take place. The second and third floors are reserved for art studios with their own social facilities and storage. The main concept is to create a public space that will be surrounded by functional buildings. A smaller square would strengthen the town hall, which today does not have such a privileged position.
