Crumb

The two buildings, Crumb, combine practical and social functions and aim to respond to the current challenges of the urban environment, while respecting the historical value of the site. The first structure is an extension of the city hall, designed to meet the current needs for administrative capacity in managing the city, specifically for the building authority and housing administration. The second building is a clubhouse, intended to strengthen the community and cultural life of the local youth and the city's identity in general. Crumb consists of two modest structures with a big goal: they seek to demonstrate how well-designed and well-placed buildings can become unobtrusive yet essential elements in a vibrant and functioning urban fabric.
