some paths lead to the garden, others don't, but could.
in my project, I focused on an abandoned, almost forgotten house located on the upper border of smíchov, which is located right next to the old fortifications of prague. the originally cultural center is slowly decaying and disappearing under a layer of garbage and graffiti, so a new solitary building is being created in its place.
you can make a coffee in the kitchen with a view of the facades of the lower buildings, you can observe the bastion from the window of the studio. the house faces the wall, surpasses it but never reaches it, respects it. I returned him the original mission, perhaps with something extra; with its essential location, it creates a new route to the kinský gardens.
