Intergenerational living

Our apartment building project is located on the southern plot of the intersection of Podolská and Sinkulova streets. With this layout, the proposed seven-story building completes a typical block building. The ground floor of the building is intended not only as an entrance to the residential block, but also as a close connection with the outside environment. In addition, it fulfills the functions of the store that was originally located at this location. The project is intended for a wide range of society and for different living situations, therefore there is a combination of flexible apartments inside.There are also barrier-free apartments. Part of the project is a shared terrace and a common room on the top floor, intended for various activities. Our building is intended for everyone.
