Can there be a forgotten place in the center? I find space on Zatlanka. Between two substations. It looks complicated but beautiful here. I accept this challenge. I work with the new and respect the old. Context is everything. I want to live, and well. But not only that. I will use the specificity of the place. I let the house breathe. Cafe, game room, library, study room. Hub. For students, for locals, for tourists, for everyone. Above all the hustle and bustle, another world. Heavy coat. A jungle of tenements and flats.
