UNITÉ D´ HOLECHOVITION

The design is located in Lower Holešovice at the intersection of Dělnická and Argentinská Streets, where is currently a parking lot and a supermarket. The aim of my project is to transform the area into a functional inner block that will offer not only residential apartments but also high-quality public spaces. The building complex will consist of three residential blocks, containing flats with 1kk, 2kk, and 3kk layout. Beneath the buildings, there will be a two-story underground parking lot providing 50 parking spaces. The overall design of the project aims to evoke industrial architecture, connecting to the history of the area. The use of raw materials and open spaces will create a harmonious contrast with contemporary architectural trends, offering residents an authentic livinng.
