MULTIFUNCTIONAL TRIPLEX ZÁKUPY

The new construction of a corner multifunctional triplex in Zákupy offers the town a new center for culture and living. The triplex is located in the town center, at the edge of Náměstí Svobody, with its front facade oriented towards the square. The building consists of three main volumes with gabled roofs, where the first volume functions independently, while the other two are connected by a linking element at the ground level. The structure has a multifunctional character with an active ground floor. The first volume provides a multifunctional exhibition space, the second houses a café with an outdoor terrace, and the third offers a community center with a clubhouse and a creative workshop. The upper floors of the building offer office spaces and social housing.
