KugelLäufer Observatory

Jan Čížek

Annotation

Dyleň, a mountain blessed with exceptionally dark skies, now hosts an observatory adorned with twin celestial eyes. This sanctuary for stargazers is complemented by a restaurant, lodging, and a hall that can accommodate nearly a hundred souls. To further accentuate the mountain's prominence, I've erected a tower that pierces the heavens. Its crown, a dome of shimmering scales, houses an antenna and radio transmitters. In honor of the legendary KugelLäufer, a mythical being once believed to haunt the forests around and eastern Bavaria, I've named this observatory after it.
