Colision between rough and fine. Metal and stone. Nature and human.
Something we wanted to capture in our design of o brand new fine dining restaurant , LA MAISON CAVÉE. Located in the heart of Czech republic, it represents a new way of enjoying a perfectly crafted dinner.
The restaurant has a unique organization of seating allowing for a different experience every time you visit. Constructed like an arena, with different floor levels to allow everybody to partake in the viewership of our cheffs while they prepare your food right in front of your eyes.
