ONE AND A HALF TOWER

One and a Half Towers is a residential project in the heart of Prague's Holešovice, which sensitively responds to the historical character of the location. It is located in the block between Komunardů, Osadní, U Průhonu and U Měšťanského pivovaru streets, where the clearing allowed for the addition of buildings without interfering with the valuable industrial architecture. The project combines a 14-storey tower, a lower part corresponding to the surrounding houses and gallery apartments. It offers 60 residential units (1+kk to 4+kk), with a predominance of 2+kk, and commercial spaces and coworking on the ground floor. Two underground floors include 72 parking spaces. The building serves as a landmark and enlivens the space for housing and community life.
