THE LAST TOWER

An attractive idea in an intense location. This is the design of an apartment building on one of the last blocks in Žižkov. But this project does not only point to the minimalist living of a busy city centre, but also to be a new point... a point that will form the new face of Hartigova Street. Therefore, in the concept of this design came the idea of creating an original, serious, distinctive, elegant tower with specific residential apartments and a separate passage to the semi-public courtyard. A separate residential unit is located at the top of the tower and its atypical shape completes the whole mass of the tower. The design of the apartment building takes advantage of the individual shapes of its surfaces and its facade contains a material spectrum that perfectly responds in colours
