exhibition winter semester 2024-2025

The two projects are a response to the problems of the site and the need for housing. One corresponds to the teaching of the studio and the other to the optional course attached to it. The first project is located on Podolska street, at the corner of an urban block, replacing a small existing shop. Once the existing shop has been demolished, the site will be home to a seven-storey concrete building in light colours. The clean lines of the façade are enhanced by the use of coloured joinery, in this case green. The second project is set between two residential buildings on Sinkulova street. The sober, light-grey concrete building has eight storeys. Like the other one the facade is in grey concrete with coloured joinery, in this case bright green.
