The primary function is housing, but there are also commercial spaces available for rent. The residential section offers 26 apartment units in various layouts. The design of this six-story building emphasizes simplicity and elegance. The height of the entire building is designed with consideration for the surrounding development. The architectural arrangement creates an inner courtyard, providing space for rest and relaxation.
