"one large Pilsen"

Pilsen is widely recognized for its rich tradition in brewing and engineering. An integral part of its history is the Škoda industrial complex, established in 1859. Located in close proximity to the city center, the complex is divided by a railway into two separate sections. Today, it functions as a closed off area, surrounded by a concrete wall, forming a significant barrier to the city's further development. In my proposal, I focus on removing this barrier and opening up the site to urban life. The goal is to create a new, dynamic district that offers high-quality public and residential spaces while seamlessly integrating the complex into the existing urban structure.
