COMMUNITY HOME WITH CHLÁDEK

The preservation of garden centre Chládek accompanied the creation of three unique projects: a children's hospice, a therapeutic center, and a residential building. Although each of these structures has its own character and atmosphere, their mutual connection is entirely evident. These projects have created a new urban concept, bringing new life to the area. The community home is a specific type of housing designed to foster communities and support social bonds among its residents. The apartments are intended for foster families and accommodation for students transitioning from children's homes. The design is based on simplicity and symmetry. The architecture of the building and its placement on the slope naturally harmonize with the surrounding terrain.
