HUJER’S GARDEN

Tadeáš Kment

Annotation

A strong expressive element can either be removed or followed, though it is hard to contend with. Given its historical value, I chose to follow the house and articulate its elements. The building serves as an illusion and backdrop to the cultural center. Visitors can enjoy good food in the unique atmosphere of the illusory Hujer’s Garden. The interior offers changing perspectives, inviting guests to return and discover more. It blends natural Neo-Renaissance motifs with conceptual forms, leaving room for imagination. Hujer is a character from a Czech film who supposedly owned a mysterious garden that no one ever saw. Keywords: expression, element, value, illusion, garden, time, nature, motifs, imagination, organism
