The house is located in a newly designed location around the Botič stream, near the Vršovice railway station. On the ground floor, I am designing commercial spaces and a café accessible from the corner, which also serves as an entrance to the cinema located underground. Below the surface, we will find two cinema halls and in the corner a third hall intended for lectures. Most of the volume of the house is occupied by apartments. These are also located on the ground floor towards the courtyard, from where residents can go out to private raised front gardens. The sizes of the apartments vary, from smaller 1+1 to large 3+kk on the corner. On the last two floors, we will find maisonettes with their own terrace. We are leaving the courtyard mainly to the residents of the adjacent houses.
