The "Un-bound" project is nestled in the heart of Vršovice near Botič, at the intersection of nature and city vibrancy. With a linear park replacing an old factory, the L-shaped design of the building blends private living with public spaces, featuring ivy-covered walls, a garden, and a vibrant café. Perfect for all generations, it's a hub where city life meets greenery.
